Hand painted wooden crosses in a set of four. These crosses can be found in different Armenian churches. The ornaments are cut in Yerevan then transported to the village of Koghb in the Tavush province of Armenia. There they are handpainted at the Koghb Art School by eight artisans from the local area.

  • These  handpainted wooden crosses are not only elegant, but also versatile. Use them for Easter or Christmas trees, for wedding, christening or baptism bonbonnieres or favours/favors. Pop them into a gift basket for a new baby, holy communions or confirmations. The options are endless and only limited by how you want to use them.

    They are suitable for any Christian denomination - Orthodox, Catholic, Protestant.

    Each ornament is approximately 9cm.

  • After graduating from university in Yerevan, Anna Nasibyan returned to Koghb, a border village in the Tavush province in Armenia. She started to teach painting at a local art school and then founded  the Yeregnuk Handicraft Group with Arusyak Pashikyan and Satenik Dulijanyan. The Group consists of eight core artisans.
