This Easter garland is made by Meline, a 28 year old mother of two, who lives in the Navur village near Berd. She is one of the many skilled crochet artisans from the Berd Women's Resource Centre in Berd, in the Tavush province of Armenia. The centre was established to support the development of women in the local communities particularly in terms of women's rights, advocacy, civic participation, education, health and business.
