Shipping Policy
We will dispatch your order within two working days of receiving your order and payment. Depending on the service you have selected (standard or express postage) your order will arrive within 1 - 8 business days. Please note we are not in control of any delays caused by the postage service.

Shipping is free for all orders within Australia over AU $70. All other shipping costs are calculated at check out and are in addition to the price listed on the product page.
Return & Exchange Policy
If your goods are damaged or defective in any way upon delivery, please contact us at info@artfulgiving.com.au so we can arrange an appropriate solution depending on the situation eg. replacement, exchange or refund.

We are also happy to accept a refund for change of mind within 7 days of the original purchase and so long as the items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Please email info@artfulgiving.com.au if you have changed your mind and would like a refund. Also please note that the return shipping cost is at your own expense.

Discount Codes
All customers can join our mailing list to access 10% off their first order. Each customer is eligible to use this code once on their first order only, and it cannot be combined with any other code. From time to time we offer different discount codes, and each of these cannot be combined with any other discount code, can only be used once on one single order, and are subject to a start and end date unique only to that code, which is communicated at the time of advertising the code.
